Searching Confluence with Capable Search -
Saved Searches in Capable allow you to create and save customized search queries with specific filters, columns, and sorting preferences for quick access. To set up a Saved Search:
Create a Search Query:
Define your search parameters using filters like text, space, creator, macros, mentions, approval status, and labels.
Save the Search:
After running the query, click on the "Save Search" option.
Choose whether to share it globally or within a specific space.
Select Display Columns:
Choose which columns to display in the search results for relevant information.

Capable Search includes several built-in search presets for commonly used features:
Your Approvals: Find pages with approvals that you have requested.
Pending Approvals: Locate pages that are in the pending approval status.
Pages with Macros: Identify pages containing any Capable macros.
Pages with Diagrams: Find pages that include Capable diagrams.
Pages with Markdown: Search for pages utilizing Capable markdown.

Open the Confluence Editor:
Navigate to the Confluence page where you want to insert the search results and click Edit.
Insert the Search Results Macro:
Type /search results and press Enter.
Configure the Query:
Choose the search query you wish to display.
Select Display Columns:

Save and Publish:
Click Save to embed the search results into your Confluence page, then publish the page to view the results.
