Our flagship app, Capable for Confluence, was honoured as a Rising Star on the Atlassian Marketplace. Last year, we expanded our offerings with four new apps and introduced additional features to our all-in-one solution. These updates make our apps more accessible, catering to users who need the whole suite as well as users who only need a specific feature from Capable: Approvals, Diagrams, Calendar, and Images. Approval for Confluence
Tracking approvals via email or message chains is challenging with no centralized record, audit trail, or clarity. Emails get lost, outdated versions are approved, and steps are skipped, causing bottlenecks, missed messages, and redundant follow-ups. Capable’s Approval Feature streamlines the process, letting users approve, reject, or comment directly on pages. With Slack/email integration, approval thresholds, expiry dates, status macros, and audit trails, it ensures efficient collaboration and accountability.
Calendars for Confluence
Automatically sync events from Confluence pages to a centralized calendar, assign users and roles, and filter views by parameters like users and pages. Time zone support simplifies global collaboration, and the Calendar Macro offers a clear visualization of key dates.
Images for Confluence
Managing images with the default Confluence setup can be a frustrating experience. Moving images around pages is tedious due to awkward positioning tools, and the lack of a dedicated image management system forces you to store all your images on a single page. This often results in disorganization, lost files, or wasted time trying to locate them. Images for Confluence revolutionizes photo and image management in Confluence. Upload and organize images in centralized spaces, easily inserting them into pages with advanced layout options. Categorize assets for quick access, download directly, and access Unsplash for high-quality stock images. Metadata storage, including camera details, ensures complete asset context.
Advancements in Diagramming Tools
Enhanced Visual Diagram Editor
We recently updated the app’s Visual Diagram Editor, introducing features like drag-and-drop functionality, magnetic arrows, and dynamic annotations. These enhancements make diagramming easier and more intuitive for everyone.
AI-powered diagram generation
You can now leverage Capable AI to create diagrams with Mermaid in Confluence, both with the 'Generate from prompt' tool, the auto-completion of diagram code and automatic names and descriptions for diagrams.
Rovo Diagram Agent
You can now effortlessly harness the power of Rovo, the remarkable Atlassian AI tool, to create stunning diagrams from various elements found on your page or even from your extensive knowledge base.
Recognition from Atlassian Leaders (Team 24)
Our innovative use of Rovo earned a special mention from Jamil Villiani, Atlassian’s Head of Product, during the Team ’24 Conference, further validating our ability to solve real-world challenges with AI.
