Even Easier Diagram Creation in Confluence – No Need to Start from Scratch

Our ‘On Pages’ diagram feature felt like a no-brainer to build in. How many times have you wanted to build on a previous diagram that you or a colleague made without having to search through pages to find it? Now, you can enjoy faster, easier, and more accurate diagram creation.

Say you’re a business analyst whose colleague created a cost analysis bar chart a month ago, and now you need to create a new version with an extra column. With our most recent update, you can simply go to the ‘On Pages’ tab, where all previous diagrams on pages are shown. Just click on the diagram you want, and you’ll be able to easily edit from a copy of that diagram, making it easier to build on prior work.

If you and your team frequently use a particular style of diagram, why not leverage our template feature? For example, if you’re a sales executive who has 30 minutes to create a weekly performance chart, you can create the type of graph, save it as a template, and quickly fill it in every week.

It's not just our Diagram tool that we’ve updated! The Markdown tool now includes an ‘On Pages’ tab, while the Images tool features a new ‘Images in this Space’ tab. These updates provide quick access and make finding and editing content more efficient than ever.
